The File Management Engine is an integral part of our CMS. All digital files relating to your Web site, Intranet and Email campaigns can be stored and shared in a secure online library. Authorized users can upload, download, and categorize documents graphics, PDFs, Excel, Word or PowerPoint files and rich media including video, sound or Flash files.
The File Management Engine makes it easy to organize, store, and retrieve files. Search functionality displays files and documents by title, date, description, keyword, author, and group (by category).
