Office Specialty is a leader in office filing and storage systems. OS works through channels that recommend and re-sell its products, so it was important to make it as easy as possible to work with the company.

Objectives
The challenge was to distinguish its products from competitors, make it easy to work together, and demonstrate that they were well worth the small premium over the generics in the field.

Goal
Create a truly useful site that serves the needs of those who influence the choices of the end customers.

Solution
Before building the site, we developed a competitive market overview to assess competitive brand positioning and Web site functionality. For the new site we provided strategy, design, copywriting, photography, project management, programming, and production supervision. The site features a robust Image Library that allows the audience to download images for client presentations. The site is built on a Content Management System to facilitate easy updates.

Results
The site has become a vital resource for reference and product information. With hundreds of downloads per month, it has also substantially reduced costs of international couriers.
