The Project for an Ontario Women’s Health Evidence-Based Report (POWER) is funded by Echo: Improving Women’s Health in Ontario, an agency of the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care.
It is a partnership between St. Michael’s Hospital and the Institute for Clinical Evaluative Sciences. The goal is to present comprehensive information on women’s health care in Ontario. The result will be a Women’s Health Equity Report of over 750 pages.

Project Scope
• To create designs based on a flexible grid system that can carry many pages of highly detailed information.
• To design and lay out over 750 pages divided into 8 specific chapters outlining key areas of women’s healthcare.
• To review over 380 graphics, graphs and charts.
• To deliver the project suitable for printing and the Web.


Results
This project is ongoing. To date the first three chapters have been released to the healthcare community and the public to good reception.
