Canada Health Infoway is the lead organization working to establish electronic health records for Canadians. The goal is to set the foundation for a signifi cantly improved and modern healthcare system. One of the significant challenges is to set standards for naming and procedures so that various systems can interact smoothly.
CHI holds ongoing Standards Conferences with numerous stakeholders to devise the new standards.
Objectives
The CHI conferences are intense and information packed. Our job was to turn a lot of information into usable, easy to digest materials.
Goal
Our goal was to create a theme for each conference and then deliver high quality, highly practical materials that could be customized until the last minute.
Solution
We worked with the CHI marketing team to brand each conference and then to work out the flow of information from chapter to chapter, page to page. And because input came from many sources, the layouts were done in MS Word.
The project included

• Internal branded templates for emails, reports, powerpoint and labels
• Multiple conference identities, programs, powerpoint templates andwayfinding signs
• Provincial MPP e-Health fact sheets
• Design templates for Intranet Learning & Development Web site
