With rising energy costs, these PowerSaver tips let customers manage their usage. Part of Hydro One’s mandate is to promote the wise use of energy in homes and businesses.
Objectives
To provide useful and practical information to residential customers on how they can make their homes more energy efficient, and thereby control their costs.
Goal
The goal was to increase satisfaction levels by giving customers low-cost or no-cost energy efficiency tips they can use to manage their costs.
Solution
Context Creative developed a series of 10 brochures to address specific aspects of energy conservation. These brochures are used as bill stuffers, at the call centre to send out and at fairs and trade shows. They are also available in digital format on the Web site.

• All aspects of the brochures including design, copywriting and production.
• The accompanying Web pages and downloadable PDF files.
Results
Despite a series of rate increases, customer satisfaction has remained high.
